AJP's 2025 SPR 310R review from Warren Strange, 15 time Finke desert racer.
"So this is AJP's SPR 310R. First ride today on the AJP 310. Very impressive. From the minute I got on the bike, it felt light, very light. It feels actually feels it as light as my 300 two-stroke. So, for single trails, it's a very nice bike to ride. Easy to ride. It pulls from really low. It's a really revvy engine, so you can hold the gear longer and rev if you need the extra speed. But off the shelf, straight out of the showroom without any changes, this is as good as any 350 or 300 two-stroke for single trails.
It's going to be a lot of fun riding this in single bush - single trails when it gets difficult. You know, there's really only two choices. Initially you can go a 250, but 100+kg riders will want to be on a 300 two-stroke or a 350 four-stroke. And yeah, this AJP is just as as nice and easy to ride as a 350 four-stroke. It pulls them nice and low.
The suspension is great straight from the showroom floor. It's plush but progressive. It didn't bottom on me. I'm 100kg and the stock suspension held up quite well. It was quite plush on the ruts and corrugations and what have you. So I would not bother changing anything in the suspension. It's ready to race out of the out of the showroom. AJP SPR 310R. It's value for money, I couldn't go past it. Given the choice between a 350 European bike or a 450 enduro bike, this is great value. As far as I'm concerned, you don't need to spend any money in this. Straight out of the showroom floor, it's ready to go."

“I was pleasantly surprised at how much fun the AJP 310 is. It took almost no time at all to get comfortable on the bike and learn how to use its powerband. On the track, the bike gets up to speed fairly quick and continues to pull through every gear.
I’m a bit light for the stock suspension, and it still felt super smooth through big and small bumps. When I got into the trees is where I fell in love with the bike. The throttle response was right where you’d expect it to be. When I would chop throttle to get around a corner or tree, there was light engine braking, and when I got back on the throttle it was a super linear powerband — which made for a very effortless and fast ride through the trees.
I was a little worried about the weight of the bike, but once I got to riding, it hid its weight very well and was super easy to throw side to side. This bike definitely surprised me, and for the price point, I’ll have to get one myself.”
